Are you looking for the comfort and privacy of a fully equipped private house but with all the services of a luxury hotel? Our private Villas are the solution for you.

110 sqm (1,185 sq.ft) of pure comfort open on the countryside of our beloved Maremma, the villas have two independent bedrooms: a master bedroom with double bed and a second one with twin beds. An additional guest room, is available in the second ground floor. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

The living area opens onto the furnished kitchen, the garden is equipped with dining table, sun beds, umbrella and a barbecue set for those who wish to indulge – during their vacation – in a dinner in absolute privacy or maybe organise a fun grill dinner with friends.

We can of course take care of the grocery shopping for you!

Furthermore, two private parking spaces are available for guests.
